iPod sales were at a record low when this advertisment was released. Overnight iPod sales went up 100 fold, world wide. We asked David what he listens to on his iPod he replied “I’m currently listening to my own album “Magic collection”. I only listen to my own music so I can stay true to my style, a style which is pure David. I don’t wish to be corrupted by inferior music. Beethoven never listened to anyone elses music either, though he was deaf wasn’t he”.
